We have now put together a programme for our next Old K's Reunion which will be held in the spa town of Cheltenham on the weekend of 10th-12th May 2013. Please reserve this date in your diaries as we should like to welcome a large gathering. Situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham has tree-lined promenades, beautiful gardens, regency architecture and interesting shops. We plan to organise a visit to some of the beauty spots in the Cotswolds and to arrange a conducted walking tour of Cheltenham. More information will be available in a later communication.

We have booked a number of rooms at the 4-star Mercure Queens Hotel. Built in 1835 it has a magnificent Regency façade and adjoins the Imperial Gardens on The Promenade, leading to shops and cafes. The Queens is conveniently situated for the town centre and hotel parking is included.

We have reserved a mix of double and twin-bedded rooms for the nights of Friday 10 th and Saturday 11 th May at the following rates:

20 Classic Rooms. Bed & breakfast and evening meal £80 per person per night.
8 Executive Rooms . Bed & breakfast and evening meal £100 per person per night.
There is a single supplement of £30 per person per night.
These rooms can be booked at these above rates with card details up to 1st November 2012.

Reservations should be made directly with the Hotel quoting ‘Kingsmoor Old K's Reunion' .
